- Performed strict budgeting, organizing practices, scheduling, and handling matters necessary to run a competitive program while upholding all NJCAA regulations.
- Organized, directed and structured all aspects of annual summer camps for approximately 400 kids ranging from 3-19 years old for four consecutive years.

Director of Coaching
- Increased teams from five in 2005 to nine in 2006 and twelve in 2007.
- Instructed multiple USSF ‘D’ license courses for the Iowa Soccer Association.
- Implemented the national coaching education plan to meet the needs of US Youth Soccer members and provided leadership and consistency at all levels.
- Improved and increased coaching staff that started with four United States Soccer Federation (USSF) ‘E’ licensed coaches and four ‘D’ licensed coaches to currently having 24 ‘D’ licensed coaches and three ‘C’ licensed coaches.
- Implemented a vision of player development and soccer community development.
- Established and communicated long and short-term seasonal and yearly objectives for each age group by working with coaches and focusing on specific team needs.
- Created, implemented, and communicated player development paths by focusing on age-specific training.
Board Member
- Participated in monthly board meetings; reported on the development of players and coaches, represented / voted on behalf of the coaching staffs’ needs.
- Created and lead a committee that established CB United Soccer Academy; the academy met the demands of 140 players (under the age of 10) that were seeking a more demanding technical environment than CBYSA was providing.
- Recognized and voiced the needs of players within CBFC, CBYSA, CB United Soccer Academy.
- Attended US Youth Soccer and National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Conventions.
